Mary Sandner

Mary Sandner, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Pepper Construction Group. With extensive experience in human resources, Mary has held leadership roles at Power Construction, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Mary has worked at Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and held various administrative positions within the human resources department. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
