Shalini Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shalini is currently a Co-Founder of Pepper Farms, a company they started in 2021. Prior to that, in 2016, they founded Miss Pepper's, a kids clothing line that focused on dress wear for girls. During their time at Miss Pepper's, they created a line of 35 designs and exhibited them in parts of Delhi and Gurgaon.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Shalini worked at Sargam Exports Limited from 2001 to 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a National Account Manager - Mid Market, where they handled new mid-sized accounts for clients in Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, and Spain. Their responsibilities included design creation, approvals, sourcing, production management, and shipping.
Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Shalini was a Merchandising Manager - Accessories & Handicrafts at Sargam Exports Limited. In this role, they started a new category for sourcing handicrafts and manufacturing accessories for niche clients in Europe.
Shalini's career at Sargam Exports began in 2001, where they served as a Consultant. Their key responsibilities included account management for prominent apparel brands from Europe and Scandinavia. Shalini handled multiple clients and hundreds of orders simultaneously, overseeing design approvals, material sourcing, production, and shipment processes.
Shalini Aggarwal obtained their B.COM(H) degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1991 to 1997. Before their secondary education, Shalini Aggarwal completed their schooling at Delhi Public School - Vasant Vihar from 1984 to 1991. Additionally, they earned the Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1998 and 2001.
