Ivan Litov

Ivan Litov is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Development at Pepper Financial Services Group since January 2012. In this role, Ivan manages and mentors the in-house development team while advising the business on strategic systems developments, particularly in expanding the platform into commercial mortgage servicing. Previously, at Oakwood Global Finance from June 2003 to January 2012, Ivan developed a leading in-house CRM platform for Pepper and designed the company's data warehouse utilizing Kimball’s dimensional modelling approach. Ivan's earlier roles included financial modelling and residential mortgage portfolio valuations. Ivan holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2005, and attended Charterhouse School from 1999 to 2001.
