Matt Willavoys

Matt Willavoys is an experienced professional in project and technical delivery with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Delivery and Head of Agile Delivery at Pepper Money UK since July 2021, Matt previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Principality Building Society from July 2017 to June 2021. Matt's earlier roles include Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager and a career break before returning to the industry at RBS, where from August 2008 to March 2016, responsibilities included Programme & Project Manager (Contract). Additional experience includes a Project Manager (Contract) position at AQA in early 2008, and a Project Manager role at Barclays Bank from 2000 to September 2007, demonstrating a strong background in managing diverse projects across financial institutions.
