Oxana Yanushkovskaya

Oxana Yanushkovskaya has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Oxana is currently the CEO and Founder of Pepper Sq Ltd since January 2018. Previously, they worked at Discovery Inc from 2008 to 2018, serving in several roles including SVP Commercial Strategy & Business Transformation, Eurosport, SVP Commercial, Sport and Digital Strategy , CEEMEA, Vice President Affiliate Sales, CEEMEA, Director Affiliate Sales, CEEMEA, and Regional Manager Emerging Markets; Acting General Manager Russia and CIS. Before that, Oxana was the General Manager, Russia & CIS at Test Rite \u7279\u529b\u96c6\u5718 from 2004 to 2007. Oxana began their career as the Marketing & Product Development Director at Reiting Group in 1999.

Oxana Yanushkovskaya completed their MSc degree in Economics with a major in Finance Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued an Executive MBA degree at Cass Business School from 2008 to 2010.
