Jim Vigneau

Jim Vigneau, SPHR, serves as the Director of Administrative Services at Peppermint Ridge, where responsibilities include managing HR and non-clinical operations for a non-profit focused on supporting the Developmentally Disabled community. In addition to this role, Jim is an Adjunct Instructor at CSUDH College of Extended and International Education, developing and teaching courses in HR Management. Jim has previously held leadership positions in various organizations, including Manager of Team and Talent at Dental Health Services, Executive Director of HR and Operations at Balboa Horizons, and Vice President of Human Resources at both Fuji Food Products Inc. and American Specialty Health. With a rich background in HR consulting and management, Jim has successfully implemented systems and programs that align HR with strategic business goals across numerous sectors. Jim earned a BS in Human Behavior with a focus on Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.
