Fleur Adams

Fleur’s main role at Peppermint is to ensure the highest quality code is being delivered whilst adhering to corporate code governance and best practice standards, as well as applying continual improvement to development processes and practices, whilst maximising efficiency of development resources.

Fleur has strong background and experience in software development lifecycle as an Engineering Team Lead, testing and mortgage advice, and prior to her role at Peppermint, her experience lay within the Customer Service/Sales industry, as a qualified Mortgage Adviser working for Abbey National (now Santander).
