Mike Walker

Mike’s goal is to design and build the best legal software platform and is responsible for the technology, product strategy and software delivery functions. With more than 25 years’ experience developing legal based software solutions and frameworks to enterprise class scale globally, he provides vision and strategic business and product direction for the company’s portfolio.

Before joining Peppermint, Mike was Global Chief Software Architect for Thomson Reuters Legal Enterprise Solutions business unit, an industry world leader of legal software solutions and content. In this role, his responsibilities included architecture, strategy and vision for the Elite and Serengeti product portfolios, including the plan to adopt and transform the business to transition to the Microsoft public cloud.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, he was CTO and founder of FWBS, delivering the multi-award winning MatterSphere and MatterCentre products globally.

A recognised technologist, Mike engages in product advisory panels with Microsoft and other legal forums and was awarded a prestigious Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) six years in a row from 2004 to 2010.
