Neil Henderson

Neil’s goal at Peppermint is to drive customer satisfaction and ensure our customers are deriving maximum business value from our software platform. He also is focused on continuous improvement and instilling a customer centric culture within the business.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the EMEA Legal Technology industry, having worked in both service side and client side roles. He previously led the EMEA Professional Services Team at professional and financial services cloud, Intapp, and consulted for TRE on their 3E and MatterSphere platforms.

On the client side, Neil has worked in senior IT positions for a number of law firms both in the UK and Middle East, with a focus on leading digital transformation projects.

Neil completed his bachelor’s degree in computing for business before going on to gain an MBA at Newcastle University Business School. He also holds several industry specific qualifications such as Prince2 and ITIL certifications.
