Matthew Vogelpohl Jr.

Matthew Vogelpohl, JR. has extensive experience in facility operations, property management, and aquatic coaching. Currently serving as Facility Operations Support at PepperPointe Partnerships since February 2023, Matthew manages leasing and facility needs across 135+ locations and oversees various renovation and closure projects. Prior roles include Head Swim Coach and Aquatic Coordinator at the YMCA of Central Kentucky, where Matthew developed aquatic programs and improved swimmer techniques for ages 5-18. Additionally, Matthew has held various management positions at West Shore, Greystar, and EdR Collegiate Housing, focusing on financial performance and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisville.
