Marla Wiedmann

Marla Wiedmann, SPHR, CCP has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Marla currently serves as the Senior Vice President People & Culture at Pepsi Bottling Ventures since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at the same company from June 2022 to March 2023. Marla also has extensive experience at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, where they worked from 1999 to 2013. During their time there, they held the positions of Director Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, where they provided strategic support and guidance to different departments within the organization. Before joining Krispy Kreme, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Flowers Baking Company of Jamestown, LLC from 1994 to 1999. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions at a manufacturing plant and multiple warehouse facilities. Marla has a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies and managing diverse employee groups.

Marla Wiedmann, SPHR, CCP graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University in 1993. In 2006, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2020, Marla earned the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork.
