Fernando Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Fernando started their career as a Sales Representative at CHM MANUFACTURING TEXTILE CHEMICALS in 1991. After that, they worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Canam Pacific Group, Inc from 1994 to 1996. Fernando then moved on to become a Production Supervisor at Philippine Beverage Partners, Inc. (formerly La Tondena Distillers, Inc.) from 1996 to 2007. Following this, they joined Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. as a Safety, Environment & Security Head from 2007 to 2011. Fernando then shifted to Tanduay Holdings, Inc where they served as the AVP-Group Safety, Environment & Risk Management Officer from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Environment, Health & Safety at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. (PCPPI) starting from December 2014.
Fernando Ramos completed their education in a chronological order. Fernando obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1994. Fernando then pursued secondary education at Victoria High School from 1985 to 1989 and completed elementary education at Victoria West Central School from 1979 to 1985.
To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Fernando pursued postgraduate studies. Fernando earned a Master's degree in Environment & Natural Resources Management, specializing in Coastal Resources Management, from the University of the Philippines Open University from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Environment and Natural Resources Management from the same university from 2001 to 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Fernando obtained several certifications to excel in their career. Fernando obtained the OSHConsultant certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Center-DOLE in October 2013. In August 2011, they acquired the OSH Practitioner certification from the Department of Labor and Employment. Fernando also holds certifications in Operational Excellence from Coca-Cola Bottlers, Certified Security Professional from the Philippine Society for Industrial Security, Plant Operator Certification from the Asia Middle East Bottled Water Association, and Pollution Control Officer Accreditation from the Environmental Management Bureau and Laguna Lake Development Authority. Fernando also obtained a Board of Chemical Engineering certification from the Professional Regulation Commission in 1995.
