Alissa Wilson

Nutrition Science Director, Engagement at PepsiCo

Alissa Wilson is an experienced nutrition professional with a career spanning over two decades in leading roles within the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as the Nutrition Science Director for Europe at PepsiCo since 2010, Alissa has held various positions within the company, including Sr Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist. Prior to PepsiCo, Alissa worked as a Clinical Dietitian at SkyRidge Medical Center from 2006 to 2010 and as a Senior Scientist at Campbell Soup Company from 2002 to 2005. Alissa's earlier experience includes a role as a Nutrition Scientist at Tropicana from 2000 to 2002. Alissa holds a PhD in Foods and Nutrition from The University of Georgia and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from Tulane University School of Medicine.
