Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell has extensive experience in supply chain management at PepsiCo, holding various senior leadership positions since joining in November 1996. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Supply Chain for PepsiCo Europe, Paul oversees customer service and logistics operations across the European sector. Previous roles include Vice President Operations Eastern Europe and Global Supply Chain VP, where responsibilities encompassed the supply aspects of concentrate flavor for global bottling partners. Additionally, Paul held the position of Regional Vice President for PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours, managing the sourcing and supply of beverage concentrates across multiple regions including Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. Paul began their academic journey with a B.Eng in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the University of Nottingham and furthered their education with a Master's in Business Administration from The Open University. Currently, Paul is a member of the Transform Coalition at Future Insights Network since November 2021.
