Rashmeen Khan

Rashmeen Khan currently serves as the Talent Attraction and Engagement Lead at PepsiCo, where responsibilities include spearheading the Roshan Kal project and successfully onboarding 1,200 interns within an 18-organization consortium. Previously, as a Human Resources Coordinator at PepsiCo, Rashmeen led the employee engagement initiative focusing on organizational health in the Finance and IT departments, achieving high OHS scores. Rashmeen also has experience as a Career Counselor and A Level Administrator at Beaconhouse, where significant accomplishments included guiding students to prestigious universities and achieving a 40% increase in foreign placements and scholarships over two years. Rashmeen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Forman Christian College.
