Reena Pradeep is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR for Global Business Services at PepsiCo since October 2021, Reena has held key roles at various organizations, including Talent Network Lead at Infineon Technologies, and AVP of HR at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation and compliance in HR shared services. With a solid foundation in talent acquisition from previous positions at Huawei Technologies and Philips Software Center, Reena's expertise encompasses comprehensive recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
