Renato Gaido

Renato Gaido has over two decades of experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Infra & Ops Senior Manager at PepsiCo since August 2011, where responsibilities have included roles such as Provisioning & ITSM Tools Leader for Latin America and Service Manager for Brazil & CASA. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Renato worked at 2S Inovações Tecnológicas as an Infrastructure Coordinator and Consultant from July 2006 to August 2011, and began a career as a Systems Analyst at Dixie Toga from February 2001 to July 2006. Renato holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Network Management from FIAP and a bachelor's degree from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
