Jongkyu Yi

Jongkyu Yi has been working in the software engineering field since 2008. Jongkyu began their career at Tellion as a Research and Development Engineer. In 2010, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Software Engineer, where they maintained mass-production management systems, reviewed and provided feedback for, addressed questions and requests from, field technicians, and managed projects to develop new features and systems. In 2011, they moved to LG Electronics as a Senior Research and Development Engineer, where they developed, ported and modified several device drivers. Jongkyu is currently working at Peratech Holdco Limited as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they are responsible for developing the firmware for Force/Pressure sensing solutions (bare metal) on MCUs (using ADC, DAC, USB, I2C, SPI, DMA, Flash memory, DFU, etc.) and on BLE ICs (using BLE stack library, I2C, etc.).

Jongkyu Yi received their Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Yeungnam University in 2006. Jongkyu then went on to receive their Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Hanyang University in 2008.
