Nimish Pathak

Nimish Pathak, MS, ITIL Expert, is an experienced IT Services Manager with a strong focus on Service Delivery Management, Availability Management, and Capacity Management. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Services Manager at Peraton since 2021, Nimish oversees ITIL maturity projects and service delivery for the Texas State HHSC agency. Previously, Nimish held the same title at Northrop Grumman Corporation, managing problem and service level management for multiple core applications. With a solid foundation in IT operations and management from roles at HP and General Motors, Nimish has a proven track record in driving incident reduction and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
