Anne Fung

Anne Fung's work experience includes their current role as the Chief Medical Officer at Perceive Biotherapeutics, Inc., where they are responsible for the discovery and development of gene therapies and other therapeutics for ocular diseases. Anne has also held the position of Retina Consultant at Pacific Eye Associates since 2003. In addition, they have worked as a Consultant in Medical Retina at California Pacific Medical Center since 2003. From 2014 to 2022, Anne Fung worked at Genentech, where they held various roles including Global Development Lead for the Port Delivery Platform Surgery and Device, Global Development Lead for the Port Delivery System with ranibizumab, Group Medical Director for Ophthalmology US Medical Affairs, and Associate Group Medical Director for Ophthalmology Medical Affairs.

Anne Fung has a residency in Ophthalmology from Stanford University School of Medicine. Anne also completed a fellowship in Medical Retina at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Anne holds an MD degree from Cornell University. Anne attended Wellesley College for undergraduate studies and San Francisco University High School for their secondary education.
