Ashley Wellington is an experienced customer support and community management professional, currently serving as the Customer Support Lead at Shoobs since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at the British Film Institute (BFI) as a Visitor Service Assistant for the 66th BFI London Film Festival in August 2022. With a solid background at Pollen from October 2017 to August 2022, Ashley held various positions, including Senior Customer Experience Manager and Community Manager Lead. Ashley has also gained extensive experience with the BFI in multiple capacities, contributing to several London Film Festivals since 2012. In addition to practical experience, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Design from the University of the Arts London and a BTech in Interactive Media from West London College.
