Erin Caplin

Erin Caplin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global business development and client services, currently serving as Senior Manager at Percepta since March 2016. Erin oversees the training organization in the automotive industry, focusing on leadership and talent development, and is responsible for the strategic leadership development plan. Prior to Percepta, Erin held several roles at TeleTech from 2007 to 2016, including Director of Leadership + Learning, where contributions were made in business development and training solution deployment. Earlier experience includes positions as an Escrow Closer at North American Title. Erin holds a BBA in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University, obtained in 2000.
