Jay Dixon is an accomplished Business Operations Manager with extensive experience in cost savings and customer service performance at Percepta since July 2014. In this role, Jay oversees operations for Ford Lincoln Protect and manages the Percepta Tier 1 Ford Customer Service Division in Melbourne, Florida, along with the Manila Recall center in the Philippines. Prior to Percepta, Jay served as Sales and Operations Manager at New Concepts Teleservices, managing inbound sales center operations from July 2010 to July 2014. Jay's earlier experience includes a role as Sales and Account Manager at Complete Production Resources, where key clients included Disney and Siemens Group, as well as positions in retail sales, installation, inventory, and purchasing at Discount Music Center. Jay holds an Engineer’s Degree in Audio Engineering from Full Sail University and has an educational background from Shenandoah University and Nansemond Suffolk Academy.
