John Sabol

John Sabol is an experienced business leader with a robust background in client relationship management and operational excellence. Since August 2004, John has served as a Senior Business Manager and Senior Client Relationship Manager at Percepta, overseeing a team of over 100 employees and ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction while meeting program goals for Ford Motor Company. Prior to this role, John worked at Compuware from June 2000 to September 2004 as a Team Leader and Remote Site Supervisor, managing multiple call centers and directing the implementation of technical support services for several automotive brands, including Ford and Jaguar. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Michigan University.
