Kelli Clark

Kelli Clark, MS-HRM, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager for North America at Percepta since August 2019, Kelli leads a team of 12 HR staff and collaborates with the Global Compensation team on compensation strategies. Previous roles include HR Manager for the Northern US Region at Percepta, where responsibilities focused on personnel management and employee relations, and Senior HR Business Partner, addressing complex employee issues. Prior to Percepta, Kelli held positions as Human Resources Manager at General Fasteners Company, overseeing HR activities in the US and Mexico, and Regional Human Resources Specialist at Headwaters Light Building Products, responsible for a workforce of over 1000 employees. Kelli began their career at MetaVation, LLC as a Human Resources Assistant. Kelli holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.
