Matt Dinubilo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and customer experience solutions. Currently serving as the Global Manager of CX Solutions and Process Improvement at Percepta since July 2019, Matt successfully led a significant CX initiative for a major automaker, significantly increasing customer response rates. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
