Natalia Grajales Llano is an accomplished operations director and project manager with extensive experience in the field of software development and project management. Currently serving as the Operations Director at PERCEPTIO S.A.S. since January 2014, Natalia oversees the implementation of SAP solutions for major companies such as Argos and Bancolombia. Previous positions include Project Director at Software Estratégico and Leader of Talent Search at Intergrupo, where strategic planning and talent acquisition were paramount.
