Oron Gola

Oron Gola has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. In 2018, they joined Perception Point as a DevOps Team Lead and Senior DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for building and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline, monitoring and logging infrastructure, and scaling the system to answer a continuously growing demand. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Positive Mobile as a Senior DevOps Engineer, responsible for the cloud infrastructure, AWS and Google Cloud, deployment and maintenance of complex cloud architectures, and experience with monitoring tools and practices. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at the Israel Defense Forces as an Application Infrastructure Team Leader and Senior Oracle and SQL Server DBA, where they were responsible for system administration, server architecture, technology research and problem solving, DB upgrade 10g to 11g, and OID 10. Prior to that, they worked at the Hebrew University as an OOP Course Coordinator from 2008 to 2010.

Oron Gola obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2006 and 2010.
