Mark Blythe

Mark Blythe has a range of work experience in the technology industry. Mark is currently a Principal Software Engineer at Perceptyx, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company.

Mark also has experience as a Co-Owner of a FinTech startup in stealth mode from 2017 to 2019.

Before their current role at Perceptyx, Mark worked at Capital One as a Sr Engineering Manager for Small Business Merchant Services, where they led an engineering team and focused on feature enhancement, regulation compliance, scalability, and continuous integration. Mark also worked on overall platform architecture, coordinated third-party integrations, and provided customer support.

Earlier in their career, Mark held roles at VeriFone and ChargeSmart, where they led engineering teams for mobile payment platforms. Mark also served as a Lead Software Engineer at ChargeSmart, building and leading the engineering team for a financial startup.

In addition, Mark has experience as the Owner of an online polling site and as a Senior Consultant/Architect at CSC Consulting, where they built and enhanced software applications for Amazon.com and partner websites. Mark also served as the Director of Engineering at Incentive Logic earlier in their career.

Mark Blythe holds a degree in BBA from Texas Tech University, where they specialized in Management Information Systems.
