Nicolás Casanova

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical and firmware engineer with a career at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to the development of collaborative solutions including hardware for digital interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior experience includes an electronics contractor role at Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris focused on electronics design and repair for educational devices, and a position as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, working on control systems for forestry harvester units. Additional experience includes serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
