Theresa Birr, CCXP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
