Talia Ordaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training, quality assurance, and compliance. Currently serving as the Sales Training and QA Manager at Perch Energy since January 2022, Talia has also been a shareholder at Char-Hut since March 2018. Prior to these roles, Talia managed compliance and customer service at Abest Green Power and contributed as a Financial Analyst and Retail Account Specialist at Aquarius Brands, where key policies and financial reporting were developed for the AquaBoy® Pro II. Talia's career also includes a significant tenure at US Gas and Electric Inc., where a Quality Assurance department was established under their leadership, expanding the team from one to ten analysts.
