Simon Unsworth

Simon Unsworth is a seasoned professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Group Chief Risk & Customer Officer at Verify since August 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held multiple titles within Perch Group, including Chief Risk & Customer Officer and Group Chief Risk & Customer Officer at TM Legal. Simon has also been the Compliance & Risk Director at Asset Collections & Investigations since January 2018 and served as Risk & Compliance Director at MoneyPlus Group from August 2015 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes interim compliance leadership at The Sigma Financial Group, senior compliance roles at Arrow Global Limited, Cash Converters, and Bank of America, as well as operational risk positions at MBNA. Simon holds a BA in Leisure Management and an HND in Leisure Management from The University of Salford, along with A Levels from Wigan & Leigh College and GCSE qualifications from Lowton High School.
