Natalia Balashova

Natalia Balashova's work experience begins in 2008 as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Natalia then worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young from June 2008 to April 2009. In September 2009, they joined Forta AG as a Logistics Specialist until July 2010. From June 2011 to April 2013, they worked as an HR Assistant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. In 2013, Natalia founded Interpreter.Moscow, where they provided interpreter services, written translations, sales, and customer support at international trade fairs. Most recently, they joined PerchPeek in May 2022 as a Customer Success Associate, specializing in relocation to Germany, where they educated and managed customer expectations and communicated relocation plans.

Natalia Balashova completed their Diploma in Management (Hons.) with a focus on Finance and Credit from the State University of Management (SUM) between the years 2003 and 2008. In addition, between 2006 and 2007, they also attended Universität Passau where they studied Business Administration and Economics.
