Jeff Wakeland

Jeff Wakeland has a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, and appraisal roles. Jeff began their career in 2007 as a Residential Appraiser for Rally Appraisal LLC. In 2012, they moved to Hertz, where they worked as a Senior Operations Manager and Location Manager. In 2016, they joined Symphony MediaAI, where they held the roles of Manager of Customer Success, Manager RMS, and Account Manager. Most recently, they began working at Perchwell in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Jeff Wakeland attended Western Illinois University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
