Andrea Adams

Andrea Adams, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Perdue Farms. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at GXO Logistics, Inc. for a year.

Before their role at GXO Logistics, Inc., Andrea held various positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Director of Human Resources. Andrea also worked as the Director of Human Resources Recruiting at XPO Logistics (formerly New Breed Logistics).

Andrea's experience also includes working at Novartis Animal Health, where they held the positions of Associate Director and Senior Manager of Talent Management & Staffing. In these roles, they directed the implementation of talent management programs, designed recruitment strategies, and incorporated diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to their time at Novartis Animal Health, Andrea worked at Carson-Dellosa Publishing as the National Sales Manager and owned their own business, Three Points Gallery. Andrea'scareer in talent acquisition and human resources began at Novartis Animal Health as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Recruiter.
