Jon Swadley

Jon Swadley has extensive experience in the marketing industry, with a focus on leadership roles. Jon most recently worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Perdue Farms starting in July 2021. Prior to that, Jon held the same position at Foster Farms from May 2015 to June 2021. Jon also served as a Marketing Director at Kraft Foods Group from September 2013 to May 2015, and as the VP of Marketing at Lactalis American Group from June 2012 to September 2013. Jon's earlier experience includes being a Marketing Director at Bel Brands USA from April 2007 to May 2012, a Brand Manager at ConAgra Foods from 2004 to 2007, and an Associate Brand Manager at Kimberly-Clark from 2001 to 2004.

Jon Swadley earned their B.A. in Psychology from Augustana College from 1991 to 1995. Jon then pursued an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, from 1999 to 2001.
