Senior Director Insights, Analytics & Sensory at Perdue

Tara Campbell has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Tara started their career in the medical industry as a Manager from 1997 to 2001. Tara then moved on to Sensory Spectrum, where they worked as a Sensory Manager for personal care and food/beverage products. In 2006, they joined Unilever, holding multiple roles such as CTI Principle Consumer Technical Insights and CTI & Descriptive Profiling Specialist Foods North America. At Unilever, they led trainings and global consumer insights programs. From 2008 to 2011, Tara worked as an Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix, teaching various science, mathematics, and statistics courses. Tara is currently the Senior Director Insights, Analytics & Sensory at Perdue Farms.

Tara Campbell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University. Tara also holds a Master's degree (MS) in Food Science with a specialization in Sensory, and a minor in Marketing Research, from the same university. Additionally, they have a Doctorate degree in Management Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
