Christian Hobson

Christian Hobson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Christian currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Perella Weinberg, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent at Saudi Aramco from August 2017 to November 2023.

Christian has also worked at various renowned organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank, where they held the position of Group Head of Talent, Assessment, and D&I from January 2012 to July 2017. Christian was a Director at LA Twenty Two from May 2011 to January 2012, and before that, they served as the Head of HR Strategy and Performance, Global Talent at Nomura International from 2006 to May 2011.

Christian'searlier roles include being the Head of Learning and Development at Merrill Lynch from 1999 to 2006, Organizational Development Manager at The Chase Manhattan Bank from 1996 to 1999, and Consultant at ASE from 1995 to 1996. Christian began their career as a Psychologist at the UK Ministry of Defence, where they worked from 1991 to 1995.

Christian Hobson began their education at Worksop College from 1981 to 1987. They then earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from City, University of London from 1987 to 1990. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham from 1990 to 1991.
