Philippe McAuliffe

Mr. McAuliffe is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in the Healthcare sector.

Mr. McAuliffe has over 20 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of financial and strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised on a wide range of strategic sales, mergers, acquisitions, and separation transactions as well as provided capital markets advisory services to a broad range of multinational and emerging growth clients in the life sciences sector.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. McAuliffe was a Managing Director at JPMorgan in the Healthcare Group. He started his career in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Hambrecht & Quist, which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 1999.

Mr. McAuliffe received a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
