Christian Cooke

Chris has been in New York for over 25 years leading the operations at some of the most well-known real estate properties in the city. He joined PBM in August 2018 after nearly 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield as a Facility Manager. With extensive experience in commercial property maintenance and care, he is solutions-oriented with proven success in meeting and exceeding client expectations. The first 12 years of his career he served as an Account Executive for Collins Building Services managing tenant sales throughout NYC. He went on to join Cushman & Wakefield as a Facility Manager overseeing in-house cleaning with an extended role of property management for Citi World Headquarters in Tribeca.

In addition to his extensive background in facility management, he is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent follow through.

Chris’ primary function at PBM is to oversee the field operations team ensuring they maintain PBM’s first-class standards and service at each building in the portfolio.
