Joseph Spera

Joe joined PBM in August 2018 after nearly 15 years with Atalian Global Services (formerly Temco Services). He is a proven leader in both janitorial and metal & wood services operations. He has managed multimillion-dollar accounts, and teams in excess of over 100+ service associates at individual properties. Joe is known in the industry as a man of his word. Customer satisfaction is his number one goal and daily driver. Joe’s role at PBM is to oversee the Operations Team, ensuring they maintain PBM’s first-class service standards at each account in our portfolio including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Mid-Atlantic, and Pennsylvania. His attention to detail and experience in janitorial operations is a prime reason he is a key player on our team.

Joe graduated from St. Joseph’s. He resides on Staten Island with his wife, Mary, and daughter where he enjoys cooking gourmet meals. In his free time Joe fishes and hunts. He is also a true New York sports fan cheering on the MLB Mets and NFL Jets.
