Ashish Kelkar

Ashish Kelkar is a highly experienced professional in the field of analytical R&D, currently serving as Scientific Manager in both Program Management and Analytics at Perfect Day since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ashish held the position of Department Head for the Foods Division at Auriga Research Private Ltd. from November 2018 to December 2020 and worked as a Research Associate at ITC Limited from July 2011 to November 2018, specializing in foods analytical R&D. Earlier experience includes a Junior Research Fellow position at the Central Coffee Board focused on coffee quality enhancement, along with a role as Lab Chemist in the QC Department at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. Ashish holds a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Kuvempu University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology from Karnataka University.
