Mamtha Savanth

Mamtha Savanth has over 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Mamtha is currently working as the Director - People & Culture at Perfect Day since February 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager (Head) at Bella India Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. from November 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they worked at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Manager - HR Analytics & Data Management, Senior Executive - Compensation & Benefits, and Senior Executive - Human Resources.

Mamtha Savanth began their education at St. Mary's Girls High School from 1991 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. Mamtha then went on to attend Mount Carmel College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics. In 2006 and 2007, Mamtha pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHR) from Mount Carmel College. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they focused on Human Resources Management and Services and obtained an APHRM degree.
