Patrick Zacherl

Patrick Zacherl is a Senior Process Engineer at Perfect Day, specializing in fermentation scale-up, technology transfer, manufacturing, and project engineering since May 2019. Prior to this role, Zacherl served as a Research Engineer at Trelys, Inc., focusing on the development of novel processes for methionine production. At Nucelis LLC, Zacherl was the Lead Process Engineer, contributing to process development and commercialization, while also acting as a field engineer for technology transfer. Zacherl's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Coskata, Inc., where responsibilities involved project engineering for a syngas to n-butanol/ethanol plant and process development for a biomass to ethanol facility.
