Robert Wurtz II has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Robert started their career in 1994 as a Production Manager at Laser Equipment, Inc. where they oversaw the operations of the entire production facility, including facility maintenance, technical training, research and development, quality control, and procurement and logistics. Robert held this position until December 2013.

Later in 2013, Robert Wurtz II joined Perfect Output, LLC as the Director of Plant Operations/Research and Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing plant and shipping operations, as well as new product development. Robert also oversaw research and development, quality control, and advanced productivity strategies. Their responsibilities also included component procurement and logistics.

Throughout their career, Robert Wurtz II has gained valuable experience in various aspects of manufacturing operations, demonstrating their expertise in areas such as facility management, research and development, quality control, and procurement and logistics.

Robert Wurtz II has a diverse education history encompassing various fields of study. In 1983, they started their education journey by attending Power Mechanics I & II, where they studied Small Engine Mechanics and Repair Technology/Technician until 1987. During this time, they also obtained a degree in Automotive Servicing as a Master Automotive Technician from NRI Schools. In the same year, they completed additional training in Computerized Engine Control Systems at Precision Tune Advanced Training.

Continuing their education, Robert attended Sun Machine Operation in 1986, where they gained knowledge in Engine Performance and received a certification in Fundamentals of Oscilloscope Operation. Robert further enhanced their automotive expertise by attending Bendix Brake School in 1987, where they obtained certification in Anti-locking Brake Systems.

In 1997, Robert pursued Middle Eastern Studies at the Messianic Institute of Kansas City (Jewish Roots Institute), which they completed in 2000. Moving on from automotive-related studies, they demonstrated a shift in their academic interests by enrolling at the University of Cambridge in 2014. Although they did not pursue a degree, they focused on The Early Tudors, specifically the period from 1485-1558.

Parallel to their formal education, Robert has amassed numerous certifications in various fields. This includes Train the Trainer (Forklift Safety Trainer Certification) from Craig Safety Technologies, Inc., acquired in 1999. Additionally, Robert obtained certifications from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in Engine Performance, Engine Rebuilding, Brake Systems, Electrical Systems, Heavy-Duty Truck Brake Systems, Heavy-Duty Truck Electrical Systems, Heavy-Duty Truck Electrical Systems, Heavy-Duty Truck Engine Repair, Manual Transmissions, and Suspension and Steering, all achieved in 1987.

To complement their education and expand their skill set, Robert has also pursued additional certifications. Robert obtained certifications in Product Design, The Art of Negotiation, and Workstation Ergonomics from Alison in 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a Basic Printer Repair and Maintenance certification from HP in 1998. Robert has also pursued various professional development courses, including Adobe Photoshop, Building Business Relationships from the Project Management Institute, and several courses from Lynda.com such as Excel, GIMP Essential Training, and Excel 2011 for the Mac: Advanced Formulas and Functions.

Finally, in 2020, Robert Wurtz II began pursuing theological studies at the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies, specializing in Theology/Theological Studies.
