Emily Lerner has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Emily worked as a Clinical Research Assistant at Michigan Medicine from September 2019 to August 2021. Emily also served as a Medical Administrative Assistant at Dr. Bernardo Rojas Jr, PLLC from July 2020 to March 2021. Emily was involved in research as a Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology Research Assistant at the University of Michigan from April 2017 to June 2020. Emily gained teaching experience as a Match Corps Tutor with AmeriCorps from August 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Emily founded and served as the Executive Director of Perfect Pair 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, focusing on intergenerational connections, from April 2020 onwards. Emily Lerner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies (Global Environment and Health) and Polish at the University of Michigan from 2016 to 2020. Emily also pursued a minor in Biology during the same period. In 2018, Emily attended the Polish Language and Literature Summer Intensive Program at Jagiellonian University. Emily is currently enrolled at the University of Michigan Medical School, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2026.
