Jim Pond

Jim Pond is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the financial technology and card issuance industry. Currently serving as the National Account Executive at Perfect Plastic Printing since March 2023, Jim supports credit unions, banks, Fintechs, and card aggregators with financial card solutions. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Western Regional Sales Director at Matica Technologies AG, focusing on industry hardware and software solutions. Jim's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Instant Issuance at Gemalto, where the emphasis was on the importance of instant card issuance for financial institutions, and Vice President of Sales - North America at Datacard Group. Earlier in the career, Jim held various sales management positions at Datacard Group and MediaLogix, Inc., as well as a Senior Account Manager role at Ford Audio Video. Jim holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a BA in Psychology and Religion from Samford University.
