Marion Delgutte has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Marion started their career in 2004 with internships at L'Oréal and LVMH, where they gained experience in brand management and trade marketing. In 2006, they joined Danone as a Junior Brand Manager for Grany, where they worked on packaging design and brand activation. Marion later became an Associate Brand Manager for Grany and Vitalinea.
In 2007, Marion joined Mondelēz International, where they held various positions over the years. Marion started as a Brand Manager for Belvita in Belgium and achieved a 50% increase in sales through an innovative strategy. Marion then moved on to roles such as Senior Brand Manager for Chocobakery, Senior Brand Manager for Tassimo in France, and Marketing Manager for Seasonal Chocolate in France. In these roles, they led successful marketing strategies and achieved impressive growth for the respective businesses.
Marion's most recent role is with Perfect Snacks, where they started in 2022 as the SVP of Marketing.
Marion Delgutte pursued their education from 2002 to 2006 at Audencia, where they obtained a Master in Management degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. In 2005, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Additionally, during the same year, they took part in an Exchange Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they concentrated on Marketing.
