Crystal is a certified career coach and a dedicated thought leader in the Career and Professional Development industry. With over 10 years of exposure and experience in Corporate America/Government Agencies, she became the FoundHER of The ‘YOU’ Brand Academy (TYBA), LLC in 2017. TYBA is Crystal's strategy, coaching, and consulting firm that assists individuals in authentically excelling in their career. Crystal's unique career coaching style has proven to be effective for her national and international clients who have gone from career confusion to career clarity after 1-2 sessions!

Crystal is a graduate of two prestigious HBCUs receiving her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and her M.B.A. from Morgan State University. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys producing her podcast- Peculiar Career Chit Chat, writing/publishing intellectual poetry, and watching tv/movies.
